Every specialty latte on our board is a combination of syrups, sauces, and oils built on Sozo espresso. The names do not tell you much, so here is what is actually in them. All are available hot or iced, and all are $5.90 unless noted.

If you like warm and sweet

  • Red Beard — honey, vanilla, cinnamon, rum extract. The house favorite and the one on our sign.
  • Miel — honey and cinnamon. Red Beard, simplified.
  • Champion — hazelnut and caramel.
  • Joel Matthews Band — mocha, caramel, hazelnut. Our most ordered specialty latte.
  • Peach Cobbler — peach, white chocolate, brown sugar, clove.

If you like floral and citrus

  • Bantha Milk — vanilla and lavender.
  • Sunrise Bliss — honey, lavender, tangerine oil.
  • Cosmic River — blackberry, lavender, lemon oil.
  • Baker — white chocolate and lemon oil.
  • The Law Giver — lavender, lemon oil, charcoal powder. Yes, it comes out gray.

If you like a little heat

  • Honey Badger — honey, hazelnut, cinnamon, cayenne.
  • Spicy Mocha — mocha, cinnamon, nutmeg, cayenne.

If you like chocolate and berry

  • Black Beard — hazelnut, blackberry, cinnamon, nutmeg.
  • Blackberry Patch — blackberry, white chocolate, vanilla.
  • Misty Mountain — chocolate, vanilla, spearmint oil.

If you want less sugar

  • Red Stache — flat-white style with honey, brown sugar, and cinnamon, $4.95.
  • Benny — brown sugar, heavy cream, salt, shaken over ice, $4.48. Iced only.

Straight espresso drinks are on the board too: cortado, flat white, macchiato, cappuccino, and an Americano that outsells most of the specialty list. The full menu with prices is here.
