Where to hold a client meeting on Lansing's west side

Most coffee shops are built to turn tables. The Room was not. It is the large space behind the espresso bar, with reclaimed wood tables, and it is the reason a lot of our weekday regulars are here on business.

What makes it work for meetings

The tables are actually big. You can put a laptop, a folder of paperwork, and two drinks down without stacking anything.

Parking is free and it is at the door. No meter, no garage, no walking your client three blocks in February.

The Wi-Fi holds up on video calls. If you need to hop on a call in the middle of a meeting, you can.

Nobody hovers. There is no table minimum and no one clearing your cup while you are still talking.

Who we see in here

Realtors meeting buyers, lenders going through paperwork, remote teams doing their one in-person day, and study groups from the surrounding neighborhoods. One of our Google reviews puts it plainly: “As a local Realtor, I like to meet my clients for a coffee here.”
